After a very successful rebranding process, they came to JAC looking for a website that built on their new brand and effectively communicated what they do and how they serve.
What We Did
Web Development
Challenge
After a dramatic rebrand, Provident10 was left with a couple of issues: people weren’t sure who they are and didn’t understand the work they do. So we knew our first objective would be to develop a navigation and content strategy that tackled these issues head on. From there, we needed to create a web design that clearly communicated not just the look and feel of the new brand, but what it stands for as well.
Strategy
Beginning with navigation, we decided to segment users into three main categories. This language was familiar to the public and to industry personnel, which has proven great for both website navigation and search engine indexing. Our next strategy was to build a network of content around their various resources and key documents. By centralizing these key pieces of content, users have a better chance of finding what they need.
Agencies that understand their users build more effective websites. With all of our websites, we take the time at the beginning to not just understand our clients, but to understand their clientele. As we look through competitor’s websites and understand our client’s goals, we can then begin to craft our navigation, a list of functionality, and a design that ties it all together. The end result is a website meets and exceeds client goals and user expectations.
