With their strong advocacy efforts and highly successful events such as the Northern Lights Business and Cultural Showcase, the LNCC is one of the most progressive and influential chambers in the country.

CHALLENGE
Labrador North Chamber of Commerce is a leading voice in Labrador’s business community and is responsible for a number of initiatives helping to elevate the area’s profile. Their old website, which was built by JAC many years before, had done a good job of representing the chamber at that time, but as the chamber has evolved, it was becoming increasingly clear that a new website was needed that better reflected the current and future vision of the chamber.
STRATEGY
The first task was to overhaul the navigation and refocus on why the site was being visited and who their primary user personas are. The result was a greater focus on their events and areas where visitors to the region could learn about what it has to offer. Next was a complete redesign that modernized the look and feel and provided a more robust member directory. We also wanted to provide ample areas for the photography captured of the region by our media team to be displayed.

As we look through competitor’s websites and understand our client’s goals, we can then begin to craft our navigation, a list of functionality, and a design that ties it all together.
