With no local competitors, NL Fruit Creations was poised to make a big impact in the market. The issue, however, was a website that lacked the functionality needed to properly handle online orders. Furthermore, social media wasn’t being effectively utilized. And with a new location and product offerings, it was increasingly important that customers know what was available and how they could get it.
STRATEGY
The first step was to provide the company with a fresh name and logo to help set the marketing wheels in motion for their new direction. The next steps involved starting work on a brand new website with full e-commerce capabilities, as well as a 12 month marketing strategy which laid out social media campaigns, key deliverables, key performance indicators, market research, and situational analysis.
