CHALLENGE
Formerly known as Technical Rope & Rescue and Atlantic Safety Centre, when TRR came to JAC they were at a crossroads with their business and their brand. The need for consolidation was evident. From a web standpoint, two sites, both of which several years old, were starting to show their age and weren’t reflecting the vision of the two companies. Finally, we recognized that there was also a lot of room for the brand to grow on social media, both in terms of lead gathering and reputation.
STRATEGY
The first step was a rebranding exercise; using an acronym commonly used to refer to one of the original companies we were able to develop a brand that was both new yet familiar. Both existing websites were then combined into one under the new branding with a greater focus on lead generation. A full social media strategy was then put into play to help build the new brand and seek out qualified leads. Finally, a corporate video was produced to help the company better promote who they are and what they do.
Agencies that understand their users build more effective websites. With all of our websites, we take the time at the beginning to not just understand our clients, but to understand their clientele. As we look through competitor’s websites and understand our client’s goals, we can then begin to craft our navigation, a list of functionality, and a design that ties it all together. The end result is a website meets and exceeds client goals and user expectations.
