There’s no two ways about it: while we’re all spending more time online learning and interacting, we all want to read less and engage more. So, working with web content means that you have to say a lot with a little and really make every word count. And when it comes to photo and video, knowing what media to use and where plays an important role in both UI and UX. Navigating these challenges is what this role is all about.

The Digital Content Specialist will fulfill duties for the website content department. The ideal candidate has experience with a CMS environment such as WordPress, possesses strong written and communication skills, and functions well as part of a team. Experience with search engine optimization practices would be an asset, but not required. A bachelor’s degree, certificate, or diploma in a related field isn’t a requirement for the job but will be factored into the hiring process in some capacity. The position will involve writing, collecting, editing, and flowing content to websites and assisting the programming department in pre-launch checks and processes. The position will involve meeting virtually and physically with clients on a regular basis.
