Solely is an American company that was founded as a way to help kids in their community gain easy access to fresh fruit. 🍍 Their idea was simple: create a real fruit bite with the fewest possible ingredients to replace sugar-filled, highly processed snacks. It needed to retain the nutritional benefits of whole fresh fruit, but without added sugar, additives, preservatives or chemicals.🍌 Now, they’ve got over 15,000 distribution points across the US!
We were stoked to work with the Solely executive team in Los Angeles, California. 🇺🇸 The team needed a revamp of their current site to update the user’s experience, the overall design, its e-commerce functionality, and an overhaul on SEO. We customized their E-commerce platform to include warehouse integration, fulfillment, and automation. We also integrated an analytics solution to enable Solely to uncover a detailed product and consumer insights.
On top of all of this, we developed a customer journey map that collects and stores relevant consumer data that helps drive more sales and build stronger relationships, and we made enhancements to security protocols and procedures that include optimized network routing and enhanced DNS security to deliver content faster. 🤓
