We’re ecstatic to announce our last website launch of 2018, the honour goes to Healthy Balance Holistic Health Group, We not only designed and developed their website, but we also renewed their brand and logo, and manage their social media. If anyone knows Tara Antle, they know she’s one of the sweetest people around, so being able to work with her and help her with her success was an awesome experience!

We are home to your team of Professional Health Care Practitioners. We are a health hub of educated, certified and experienced Health Care providers who are here to help you manage your health and health concerns.

Healthy Balance was created almost a decade ago, in St. John’s, NL, by Nutritionist Tara Antle, BSc.AHN, RHN, RNCP and recently expanded to become an Holistic Health Group. Through our accreditations and life long education, our group brings world-renowned, leading-edge health research and practices to Newfoundland and Labrador.

In 2018, Healthy Balance underwent a large change. We expanded our business model into a Holistic Health Group. With this restructuring came a new location: a bright, open space at 6 Duffy Place. Along with a complete rebranding, new website, and fresh marketing materials, Healthy Balance has positioned itself to offer a suite of health and wellness services to the people of our province.
